牙轮扩孔器
我公司生产的牙轮扩孔器加工周期短，适用硬度不同的地层扩孔（可根据客户要求直径220mm-1600mm之间定制）。根据钻机特点及不同地层情况选择更合适的齿形，轴承结构，密封形式及掌背倾斜度。水力切削，排沙顺畅，有效的减少岩砂堆积，轮体采用热敷防磨合金，减少磨损，独有的牙轮防脱设计，防止牙轮轴承损坏后牙轮脱落在孔内造成事故。焊接工艺保障，防止焊接过热伤害牙轮密封及轴承。钻头本体采用螺旋设计，扶正及排渣效果好，减少牙轮重复破岩，提高扩孔速度。

The rock reamer is suitable for reaming in formations with different hardness (220mm and 1600mm can be customized according to customer requirements).
According to the characteristics of the drilling rig and the conditions of different formations, we select a more suitable tooth shape, bearing structure, sealing form, and inclination of the palm back.
Hydraulic cutting and smooth sand discharge effectively reduce the accumulation of rock and sand.
The reamer body is made of hot-coated anti-wear alloy, which reduces wear and tear.
The special anti-loosening design of the cone rollers prevents the cone from falling off in the hole after the cone bearing is damaged, causing accidents.
The welding process is guaranteed to prevent the overheating of the welding from damaging the cone seal and the bearing.
The drill roller itself adopts a helical design, which has good effects of straightening and slag discharge, reduces repeated rock breaking by the cones, and improves hole reaming speed.
