    泥浆旋转反输短接

     

    反输工艺流程(如图出土点安泥浆泵、泥浆净化、泥浆罐、发电机组等设备。将出土点的泥浆原地进行净化处理,通过泥浆泵出口软管连接反输接头(丝扣连接)一端,另一端连接扩孔器的后跟杆(丝扣连接)将泥浆泵入扩孔器,进行扩孔施工。

    反输接头类似于钻机动力头上的旋转密封总成。是由静套、动套、轴承、密封等部件组成。静套一端连接泥浆泵软管,动套一端连接钻杆。静套动套之间由轴承、密封和锁死装置进行连接。扩孔时钻杆带动套旋转。而泵出的泥浆通过静套,经动套传送给钻杆和扩孔器。

     

    Mud Rotation Reverse Input Sub/Joint

             The reverse input process (as shown in the drawing) places mud pumps, desander, mud tanks, generator, and other equipment at the exit working well site. It cleans the mud at the exit site, connects one end of the anti-transport joint (screw connection) through the outlet hose of the mud pump, connects the other end to the heel rod of the reamer (screw connection), and pumps the mud into the reamer, for reaming construction.

             The reverse input joint is similar to the rotary seal assembly on the power head of the drilling rig. It is composed of static sleeve, dynamic sleeve, bearing, seal and other parts. One end of the static sleeve is connected to the mud pump hose, and one end of the dynamic sleeve is connected to the drill pipe. The static sleeve and the dynamic sleeve are connected by bearings, seals and locking devices. When reaming, the drill pipe drives the dynamic sleeve to rotate. The pumped mud passes through the static sleeve, and is transmitted to the drill pipe and the reamer through the dynamic sleeve.

    反输接头是水平定向钻施工泥浆反输工业所需的必要设备配件。

     

    导向完成后,扩孔期间形成前后两个出浆点,增加了泥浆回收的难度。很多施工单位往往采用车运、管道输送等方式出土点的泥浆放到入土点进行净化处理,通过泥浆泵对处理好的泥浆再次循环利用。当遇到河流、高山、车辆密集的道路时,这些方法将很难实施,大大增加了施工成本。
